河套灌区节水改造的探讨

STUDY OF WATER-SAVING REBUILD IN HETAO IRRIGATION AREA

河套灌区是全国3大灌区之一,也是重要的粮、油、糖生产基地。自1998年国家对河套灌区进行节水改造投资以来,该项目产生了巨大效益,但在进程中存在许多问题。例如,投资强度小,整体效益发挥不好;农田建设与骨干节水发展不同步;水利建筑市场不足等,通过不断的解决这些问题,我们找到了今后更好地实施节水改造工程的方法,通过这些方法的运用,可以节省出了大量的农业用水,把这些水投入到工业发展当中,进而促进了巴彦淖尔市经济更好更快发展。

Hetao irrigation area is one of the three largest irrigation area.It＇s also the manufacturing base of grain,oil and sugar.Since 1998,our state made an investment of water-saving in Hetao irrigation area,which has had a huge profit to that project.But it also existed many problems in this project.For example,the low investment intensity led to the terrible overall benefit.Furthermore,the farmland construction didn＇t keep in sync with the development of main water-saving.Then,it＇s shortage of water conservancy construction market,etc.Through solving these problems continually,we find the better way that could implement the water-saving improvement project.The ways we adopted in the project would help us save a large number of agricultural water.Putting the water into the industrial development of Byinnaoer city,its economic growth would be simulated better and faster.
