大兴安岭野生越橘菌根形态学研究 被引量:5

THE MYCORRHIZAL MORPHOLOGY OF Vaccinium Spp. FROM DA-XING MOUNTAINS

摘要 本文对大兴安岭地区优势越橘属植物笃斯越橘和红豆越橘菌根形态进行了初步研究。观察到的越橘菌根形态特征比较复杂,既有典型的杜鹃花类菌根(ERM)特征,即菌丝节、菌丝团,也有细胞内贯穿菌丝、根上菌丝网、根表面的游走菌丝和菌套这些外生菌根(EM)的典型特征,在少数根样中还有典型的丛枝菌根(AM)特征,即泡囊和丛枝的存在。 The mycorrhizal morphology of Vaccinium uliginosum L and Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.were observed.The mycorrhizal morphology characteristics are much complex.There are typical ericoid mycorrhiza(ERM) feature.But there are fewer typical ectomycorrhizal(EM) and arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) feature in a few root samples.
