现行国际金融体系缺陷与全球金融动荡关系之研究

Relations between the defects of international financial system and global financial turbulence

现行国际金融体系在汇率制度、金融机构体系 ,尤其是银行体系、金融市场体系以及国际储备体系等方面存在许多缺陷 ,诸如汇率制度的差异性 ,各国商业银行的高风险运行 ,金融全球化与自由化步伐过快 ,金融环境污染和金融生态失衡 ,这些缺陷是酿成一次又一次国际金融危机 ,阻碍金融可持续发展的重要原因。这就要求包括中国在内的国际社会共同关注并积极参与现行国际金融体系改革。

There are many defects in the exchange rate system,financial structure system,especially bank system,financial market system and international reserve system of present international financial system,such as the difference of the rate systems,high-risk operation,over-fast financial globalization and freelization,financial environment pollution and unbalance.All of these are the important factors resulted in the international financial crisis and prevented finance from development. International societies including China are called to pay more attention to and to take part in the reform of the ongoing international financial system.
