加强手术部位标识管理在手术患者风险控制中的体会

Experience of Strengthening Surgical Site Identity Management in Surgery Patients' Risk Control

目的:防止手术部位及术式发生错误,保障患者的手术安全。方法:术前由手术医生与患者或家属共同确认、核对手术部位,并用记号笔进行体表标识,手术当日开台前手术室护士进行标识检查,每月统计标识率。结果:通过连续有效的督查,规范手术者术前确认手术部位的流程,严格落实《安全核查制度》。结论:建立科学、规范的手术部位标识管理制度,为手术顺利、安全开展提供了有效的保障。

Purpose： To prevent the misunderstanding of surgical site and ensure the patients＇ safety. Method： To check surgical site before the surgical operation, and sign it, and check it per month. Result： Through continuous and effective supervision, surgical site can be standardized before the operation. Conclu- sion： To build a scientific and standard surgical site identity management system can provide an effective guarantee for the success of the surgical operation.
