伦敦奥运会男子铅球前8名运动员竞技表现分析

An analysis on the Competitive Performance of the Top 8 Man Shot-Putters during London Olympic Games

对第30届伦敦奥运会男子铅球前8名运动员的基本情况、发挥率、试投情况等进行研究,分析当今男子铅球运动员的竞技表现特点,对我国运动员今后的训练和比赛给予一定的参考。结果表明:男子铅球运动员的身体形态正朝高大化方向发展,而且运动员的年龄和极差偏大,最佳竞技年龄段呈后延趋势;同时指出:本届奥运会男子铅球运动员竞技水平发挥稳定,心理的稳定性及竞技能力自控性是运动员能否高水准发挥自身竞技能力的重要条件。

The writer has studied the basic conditions, rate, fielding drills regarding the top 8 man shot-put athletes participating in the 30th London Olympic Games, analyzed the characteristics of today＇s men＇s shot put athletes athletic performance, hoping to give some reference for Chinese athletes＇ training and competition in the future. The results show that the man shot put athletes＇ body shape is developing toward an enlarged direction, and the age of the athletes is older, and the best competitive age showed a backward trend; Also it pointed out that the Olympic men shot-putters＇ competitive level is stable. The stability of the mental condition and athletic ability to self-control is an important condition determining whether high level athletes can play their competitive ability.
