The Factors Influencing the Employment of Disabled College Students and the Solution in the New Period

本文以新时期残疾大学生就业情况为研究对象,重点分析社会需求与自我职业定位的矛盾、职业能力欠佳、不良的就业心理三个影响残疾大学生就业的不利因素,提出高校尤其是各特殊教育高职院校必须要加强职业指导、技能培训,抓住新兴就业热点,建立工作室制度和积极参与政府项目等对策,切实帮助残疾大学生顺利就业。

The paper chooses employment status of disabled college students in the new period as case study. Emphasizes three harmful factors to employment of disabled college students： the contradiction between social needs and personal occupation fixed position, lack of vocational ability, unhealthy employment psychology. In order to help them to get a good job, colleges and universities, especially higher vocational schools of special education need to enhance employment guidance, grip the new employment hot spot, set up studio system and join government projects actively.
