摘要
纸质文献服务是图书馆服务的重点,要搞好纸质文献服务,就必须对其进行质量评价,而这种评价应是从读者角度、从读者的感受来进行。构建图书馆纸质文献服务质量评价体系,让读者真正感受到图书馆的优质服务,并不断推动纸质文献服务质量的提升。
The paper literature service is the key of library services. To improve the paper literature service, we must evaluate its quality, but this evaluation should be carried out from the perspective of the reader. Construction of evaluation system of hbrary literature service quality can let the reader feel the real library services, and constantly promote the improvement of the service quality of paper literature.
