摘要
基于东莞电子信息产业的调查集中研究政府行为与加工贸易企业内销市场进入意愿的关系。提出并验证了政府影响加工贸易企业进入内销市场意愿的行为分为环境因素、发展因素和激励因素。实证发现,激励因素和发展因素对企业的内销市场进入意愿有显著的正向作用,环境因素则在发展因素的完全中介作用下影响企业内销市场进入意愿,而民营企业及大中型企业更具有内销的倾向。政府要以企业需求为导向,关注不同行为因素的功能差异并对其进行有效的配置,同时注重培养本土化的龙头企业。
Close attention of the relationship is paid between the government behavior and the domestic market entering intent of processing trade enterprises in Dongguan IT industry. It indentifies factors influencing the domestic market entering intent of processing trade enterprises into three categories: the environmental factor, the development factor and the motivating factor. The results show that the motivating factor and the development factor have a direct positive effect on the domestic market entering intent. The environmental factor influences the domestic market entering intent when the development factor is the full mediator within this process. The empirical results also show that private enterprises or medium-sized and large enterprises are more inclined to enter the domestic market. The government should pay attention to the needs of enterprises, programming the factors effectively according to their different functions and promoting the development of local core enterprises.
