急诊医学期末考试试卷分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation of the final examination paper for emergency medicine

摘要 目的:评估2008级五年制本科临床医学专业老年医学方向和心理卫生方向急诊医学期末考试试卷的质量,反馈教学信息,以改进教学方法,提高教学质量。方法:随机抽查2008级五年制本科临床医学专业上述两个方向学生的60份期末考试试卷,统计分析考试成绩分布、试题质量及检验效能。结果:考试成绩呈负偏态分布,平均成绩为71.6±7.9分,试卷总体难度系数为0.72,区分度为0.19,信度为0.48,区分度>0.2的试题占45.8%。结论:试卷题型分配较全面,总体难度适中,较全面、客观评价了学生对急诊医学这门课程的掌握程度。但试卷总体区分度和信度欠佳,存在较多难度偏易和区分度较差的考题,反映出急诊医学教学过程中及考试命题时还存在一些薄弱环节,需增强考题的检验效能和可信度。 Objective To find out the weakness and problems of the teaching, the final examination papers were chosen to analyze and evaluate the quality of the test paper of emergency medicine among Grade 2008 undergraduates specializing in clinical medicine majoring in Geriatrics or mental hygiene. Methods 60 examination papers were randomly chosen from 108 examination papers of the students, and the statistical parameters of the test scores distribution, the quality of the examination questions and the power of test were analyzed Comprehensively. Results the students'scores showed negative skew distribution, with the mean score being 71.6±7.9. The difficulty coefficient of test questions, which was 0.72, reached the ideal value, and the different degree was very good, as discrimination being 0.19, and 45.8% of the testing questions had a distinguishing index D 〉 0.2, the Cronbach's coefficient alpha was 0.48, indicating the reliability and the validity were ideal. Conclusion The types of exam question are fully assigned in the examination paper. The final examination can evaluate the students more completely and objectively on understanding the course, with moderate difficulty, good discrimination, high reliability and reasonable score distribution of examination paper. And some problems, which unmask the weak chains in our teaching process and proposition, have been found, such as more test questions with low difficulty and discrimination, less test questions with good quality in the examination paper, and the poor understanding of comprehensive knowledge points. So, more effective teaching methods and more powerful test system would be needed in the emergency medical education.
