摘要
目的 分析子宫肌瘤手术后与复发相关的危险因素.方法 回顾性分析2008~2011年在我院进行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者300例的临床资料.出现子宫肌瘤复发的患者为复发组,对于复发相关的因素进行单因素以及多因素分析.结果 单因素分析结果显示,肌瘤个数为多发、月经初潮年龄≤13岁、随访时间＞24个月、术后接受药物治疗的患者复发的比例较高.多因素分析结果显示,肌瘤的数目、随访时间、月经初潮年龄是导致肌瘤复发的主要相关因素.结论 与子宫肌瘤术后复发的相关因素有肌瘤数目、月经初潮年龄、随访时间.
Objective To discuss risk factors of uterine flesh tumour recurrence after resection. Methods Retrospec- tiveiy analyze clinical data of 300 cases with uterine flesh tumour. Risk factors of recurrence were analyzed. Results Single factor analysis showed multiple, menarche age under 13 years old,follow-up time more than 24 months, treat- ed by drugs after resection were risk factors. Multifactor analysis showed the number of fibroids,follow-up time, menarche age were main factors for recurrence. Conclusion Uterine flesh tumour recurrence after resection is correla- tion with the number of fibroids,follow-up time, menarche age.
