阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的临床观察

Clinical observation of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on preventing the recrudescence of cerebral infarction

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析方法对首发脑梗死口服阿托伐他汀+阿司匹林的患者进行总结分析,并设对照组,观察两组患者的血脂水平、急性脑梗死复发率等情况。结果观察组治疗后血脂水平明显低于治疗前,P<0.05;对照组血脂水平治疗后与治疗前无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组脑梗死复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的临床疗效肯定,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin with aspirin on preventing the recrudescence of cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospectively analyze cases of patients with cerebral infarction who were treated with the corn bination of atorvastatin and aspirin （observation group）, and compare the figure of blood lipid contents and recrudescence rate of acute cerebral infarction, etc. with a control group. Results Blood lipid contents of observation group decreased distinctly after the treatment （P 〈 0.05）, while no significant difference was observed on that of control group （P 〉 0.05）. Futhermore, the recrudescence rate of acute cerebral infarction of the observation group was obviouly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of atorvastatin with aspirin on preventing the recrude- scence of cerebral infarction is effective, with slight adverse effects, worthy recommanding for clinical practice.
