硝酸甘油对冠状动脉CT成像的影响

Effect of Nitroglycerin on coronary artery CT imaging

目的探讨硝酸甘油对64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量的影响。方法选取60例在我院进行CT冠脉造影患者,将其随机平均分为3组,用64层螺旋CT分别对3组病例进行冠脉CT造影检查(其中A组未使用硝酸甘油,B组推造影剂前口喷硝酸甘油喷雾,C组检查前3分钟舌下含硝酸甘油)。结果 A组心率、心律的稳定性较好,冠脉充盈度较差;B组心率、心律较平稳,冠脉充盈度理想;C组患者心率、心律的稳定性相对较好,冠脉充盈理想。结论舌下含硝酸甘油组可维持心率、节律稳定状态下改善冠状动脉"充盈度",提高冠脉显影效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of nitroglycerin on the quality of coronary artery imaging with 64 slice spiral CT. Methods Sixty patients with CT undergoing coronary angiography in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups,for coronary CT angiography were performed on 3 cases with 64 slice spiral CT （group A without the use of nitroglycerin,B group is contrast agent before the mouth spray nitroglycerin spray, group C examination before 3 minutes sublingual nitroglycerin）. Results The stability of A groups with better,coronary filling degree poorer;group B with stable coronary heart rate, filling degree of ideal ; stability of C group patients heart rhythm is relatively good, coronary filling ideal. Conclusion The sublingual nitroglycerin group can maintain the heart rate, rhythm of the steady state improves coronary ＂fullness＂, improve the development effect of coronary artery.
