奈达铂加替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性

Combining nedaplatin plus Tiji'ao and three-dimensional conformal to radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical’s efficacy and safety

目的研究奈达铂加替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者78例作为研究对象,分为两组。对照组采用奈达铂加替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗,实验组仅采用三维适形放疗治疗,观察患者治疗后的疗效。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率(82.05%)明显高于对照组(56.41%),两组患者均产生不良反应,其中以I型不良反应人数最多,但是实验组的各项目人数均少于对照组。随访后发现实验组的1年生存率(51.28%)等指标明显优于对照组(33.33%)。结论相比普通的三维适形放射治疗方法,奈达铂加替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗具有更好的疗效。

Objective To study combining nedaplatin plus Tiji＇ao and three-dimensional conformal to radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical＇s efficacy and safety. Methods Taked 78 cases of ad- vanced non-small cell lung cancer patients as research subjects and they were divided into two groups. The control group was given to combining nedaplatin plus Tiji＇ao to three-dimensional conformal radiation for therapy, the experi- mental group was only given to three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, observed efficacy after treatment. Results After treatment, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in total efficiency, patients in both groups produced adverse reactions,among the patients the largest number of adverse reactions were type I ,but the number of each projects in the experimental group was less than the control group. The follow-up found that the one-year survival rate of the experimental group was significantly better than the one-year survival rate of the control group. Conclusion Compared to way of ordinary three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, combining nedaplatin plus Tiji＇ao and three dimensional conformal radiation therapy has better efficacy.
