摘要
以货币数量论为理论依据 ,重点分析了 1 991年至 1 999年间我国货币流通速度的变动趋势以及利率、通货膨胀率与货币流通速度之间的相互作用关系。在此基础上 ,提出采取相应措施提高货币流通速度 ,强化积极货币政策的政策效应 ,是改善当前通货紧缩局面的一项重要政策选择。
The paper analyses in detail the changing trend of the velocity of money and relations between interest rate, inflation rate and velocity of money in China from 1991 to 1999. Afterward the paper suggests that taking relative measures to improve the velocity of money and reinforce the policy effect of positive monetary policy is one important choice to better the state of deflation.
