摘要
在原有地籍信息的基础上,创新地籍信息组织方式,制定地籍更新流程,建立统一的城乡一体化地籍数据库;以土地管理业务为主线,建立地籍数据与其他土地业务数据的关联,实现了以地籍为核心的土地全过程信息管理;通过地籍信息系统的建立和运行,推动了地籍信息管理新模式的有效运作。
Based on the original cadastral information,we innovated upon organization of cadastral information and formulate update processes of cadastral management.A unified urban-rural integrative cadastral information database was established.As the main line of land management,we established the association of cadastral information and other information of land management,and realized the whole process management of land information.Through the establishment and operation of new cadastral information system,we promoted the effective operation of the new management mode of cadastral information.
