舍曲林治疗抑郁症对照研究的Meta分析

Meta-ananlysis of Comparative Study on Sertraline in the Treatment of Depression

目的探讨舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应的差异。方法用Meta分析对6篇舍曲林与其他抗抑郁剂治疗抑郁症对照研究的文章进行再分析,评价其合并效应量大小和综合显著性检验。结果舍曲林治疗抑郁症前后症状学变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舍曲林与对照药在第2周末和治疗结束后的组间比较,提示舍曲林与对照药疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舍曲林与对照药的疗效无差异。

Objective To study the difference of efficacy and side effect of sertraline in the treatment of depression. Methods 6 comparative studies of sertraline and other antidepressants in the treatment of depression were analyzed by meta-ananlysis. Results The significant difference in change of symptom before and after treatment by sertraline was found;Comparison between sertraline and the controlled antidepressants at 2 weeks treatment and at the end of each trial showed that there was no significant difference with respect to the clinical efficacy. Conclusion Sertraline has a similar clinical effecacy compared with controlled antipsychotics.
