辛伐他汀治疗高血脂的疗效观察

Simvastatin Therapy in Patients with High Cholesterol Effect Observation

目的观察辛伐他汀治疗高血脂的疗效。方法对76例高血脂患者采用辛伐他汀10～20mg/d,晚上睡前服用,观察患者服药前及服药后1、2个月的血脂水平及用药不良反应情况。结果 76例高血脂患者药物治疗前及治疗后1、2个月血脂水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3例患者出现轻微腹痛腹胀,2例患者出现转氨酶升高,停药后好转。结论辛伐他汀临床降脂效果肯定,无明显不良反应,是临床用于降脂的理想药物。

Objective To investigate simvastatin treatment the clinical effect of high blood fat.Methods 76 cases of patients with high cholesterol by simvastatin ten to twenty mg/d,before sleeping in the evening,take the patients were observed before and after taking the medicine 1 month,2 months of blood lipid level and drug adverse reaction conditions.Results 76 cases of patients with high cholesterol drugs before treatment and after treatment 1 month,2 months lipid levels comparative differences are significant（P＆lt;0.05）;3 patients with mild pain abdominal distension,2 cases（transaminase lifts）,better after withdrawal.Conclusion Simvastatin clinical lipid-lowering effect affirmation,no obvious adverse reaction,is clinically used cholesterol-lowering drugs of the ideal.
