摘要 本文研究了咖啡炭改性涤纶纤维及吸湿发热纤维的结构、性能特点,采用两种纤维与羊毛混纺开发功能型毛精纺面料的关键技术难点以及面料的吸湿发热、蓄热性、除异味性能。所开发的10%吸湿发热纤维/40%咖啡炭涤纶/50%羊毛混纺精纺面料产品内在质量达到FZ/T24002-2006《精梳毛织品》优等品标准,且该面料具有发热、消除臭味的功能。 The structures and performance features of both the coffee carbon modified polyester fibers and moisture-absorption and heat-generating fibers are studied in this paper. The functional worsted fabrics blended by the two fibers and wool are developed by overcoming the key technological difficulties. The developed fabrics have the properties of moisture absorption, heat accumulation and odor elimination. The inherent quality of the worsted fabrics, blended by moisture-absorption and heat-generating fibers 10%, coffee carbon modified polyester fibers 40% and wool 50%, reach the superior product standards according to FZ/T24002-2006 of combing woolens and have the performances of generating heat and removing odor.
