摘要
本文研究了HC500型精梳机的结构特点和工艺性能。应用HC500型精梳机开发了细绒棉紧密纺JC14.6tex、JC11.7tex品种,并对该机主要工艺参数进行了优化试验,稳定了成纱质量。实践表明,HC500型精梳机结构合理,设计新颖,运行可靠,故障率低。JC14.6tex、JC11.7tex成纱质量可稳定在乌斯特2007公报5%以内水平。具有较高的投资性价比,是企业技术进步中精梳机升级换代的优选造型之一。
This paper study on the structural characteristics and technological properties of the HCS00 comber. With HCS00 comber, we developed Upland close spinning JC14.6tex, JC11.7tex. And the aircraft main process parameters were optimized tested, which stabilized the yarn quality. HCS00 comber has reasonable structure, novel design, reliable operation and low failure rate. JC 14.6tex, JC 11.7tex yarn quality can be stabilized at a level of less than 5% of Uster 2007. HC500 comber should be one of the most preferred shapes in enterprises' technological progress.
