摘要
使用PREMIER aQuraL纤维长度测试仪,对精梳机不同喂棉工艺条件下的小卷、落棉、精梳条纤维长度进行测试,研究喂棉工艺对精梳纤维断裂损伤及纤维长度分布的影响。结果表明:喂棉工艺对精梳输出纤维长度分布影响较大,短给棉时纤维损伤严重,输出精梳条及落棉中短纤维分布比例增大;重定量有利于减少纤维损伤,提高精梳条中可纺纤维重量百分比。
The length distribution of lab, noil and combed sliver under conditions of different feed processing was tested by PREMIER aQura L fiber length measuring in- strument.And we studied on the effect of feed processing to combing fiber length distri- bution and fiber damage. The results prove that: distribution of combing have large effect, the fiber feed processing to output fiber length damage is severe in short feed length, and short fiber distribution of combed sliver and noil increases. Heavy weight per unit of lap can decreases fiber damage and increases weight percentage of spinning fiber in combed sliver.
