基于信息出版价值链的学术数据库商分类评价方法研究

The Classification and Evaluation of Foreign Academic Database Providers Based on Information Publishing Value Chain

摘要 文章在信息出版价值链的基础上通过构建数据库商分类评价指标体系,对进入中国市场的30家国外主要学术数据库商的价值活动数据进行了实证研究。研究中根据构建的评价指标体系分别采用了层次分类和模糊C均值分类方法来分析各种类型数据库商之间的相似程度。分类结果表明,基于信息出版价值链理论的学术数据库商分类评价指标体系能有效划分数据库商类型。 An indicator system based on the theory of information publishing value chain is articulated in this paper. 30 foreign academic database providers' value activities are clustered first and some FCM classifying analysis is conducted to know every case's membership degree. The results give the conclusion that the combination of the indicator system and analysis method can make offthe academic database providers effectively and quantify their differences.
