中药汤剂+庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth and gentamicin retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

目的观察中药汤剂+庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将180例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组92例和对照组88例。观察组予中药汤剂加庆大霉素保留灌肠,对照组予青霉素和甲硝唑静脉滴注治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.7%明显高于对照组的76.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药汤剂+庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese combined with western medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 180 cases patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into observation group（92 cases） and control group（88 cases）.Observation group were treated with tradition Chinese medicine and gentamicin to retention enema,and control group were treated with penicillin and metronidazole intravenous drip.Compared the clinical efficacy of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group（95.7%） was higher than that of control group（76.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The efficacy of Chinese combined with western medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation is significant,and worthy of clinical application.
