摘要
目的分析冕宁县孕产妇死亡情况。方法对冕宁县2010年1月-2012年12月死亡孕产妇情况进行调查分析,并提出相应对策。结果 18例孕产妇死亡的高危因素主要有经济贫困、文化水平低、多胎多产、孕期保健意识差、交通不便、住院分娩率低及产后出血、羊水栓塞、妊娠高血压综合征等病理因素。结论应加强地区的经济、文化、医疗建设,提高医务人员的业务水平,以降低孕产妇病死率。
Objective To analyze the maternal mortality situation in Mianning county.Methods To analyze the maternal mortality situation and propose corresponding contermeasures of maternal from 2010 January to 2012 December.Results The high risk factors of 18 cases maternal mortality were economic poverty,low levels of literacy,more productive,poor consciousness of pregnancy health,traffic inconvenience,low hospital delivery and pathological factors of postpartum hemorrhage,amniotic fluid embolism,gestational hypertension syndrome.Conclusion Should strengthen region＇s economic,cultural,medical facilities,improve the professional level of medical staff,in order to reduce the maternal mortality.
