山西省旧住宅改造再利用实证技术研究

EMPIRICAL TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH ON TRANSFORMATION AND SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION OF OLD RESIDENTIAL IN SHANXI

通过山西省长治市澳瑞特住区的更新改造实证,研究探讨山西省旧居住环境的更新改造方法措施:首先通过市场调研整理归纳当前旧住区使用中存在的问题,其次根据当地情况,采用适宜技术和理念对住区环境、建筑单体、设备技术等方面进行改造,最后对项目改造前后的经济、环境、社会效益进行评价,得到满意的结果。

Through the empirical evidence of reform and update the old settlement in the Aoruite district of Changzhi city in Shanxi Province, to discuss the measures of updating old residential surroundings of Shanxi Province. First of all, researching and summarizing the market research,to sum up the existing problems of the old residential areas in the process of using. Secondly, according to the local situations, it should take suitable technology and concepts with respect to the reform in the aspects of old residential surroundings, single building and equipment technology. Finally, through the project＇s before and after evaluation of the economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits to get the satisfactory results.
