欠发达地区发展生态农产品的制约因素与对策——以山东省聊城市为例

Market situation and restraining factor of ecological agricultural products in underdeveloped regions—A case of Liaocheng City,Shandong Province

【目的】深入了解我国经济欠发达地区发展生态农业的市场制约因素,以期促进欠发达地区生态农业的合理、适度发展。【方法】以山东省聊城市为例,采用现场调查、问卷调查等方式搜集数据,分析聊城市欠发达地区生态农产品的市场现状及制约因素,并提出相关的对策建议。【结果】在聊城市,蔬菜类生态农产品不占据市场主导地位,但已呈逐渐发展趋势,在个别超市所占比重较大,在蔬菜类生态农产品中,果菜类最多。选择生态农产品的人群以中青年人较多,学历的高低、收入的多少也决定其对生态农产品的选择态度。聊城市农产品市场受价格、销售信息、质量与信誉以及企业生产规模等多种因素的制约。【建议】要促进欠发达地区生态农产品发展,应做到政策倡导与产业化经营并进,尤其要扶持龙头企业、加强技术培训,此外构筑产品品牌也至关重要。

[Objective]The restraining characters of ecological agriculture in economically less developed areas in China were intensively investigated in order to promote its reasonable and moderate development. [Method]Based on the data gathered from field survey and questionnaire in Liaocheng City of Shandong Province, the market situation and market constraints of eco-agricultural products in Liaocheng City were analyzed and the corresponding measures were proposed. [Resuit]In Liaochen City, ecological vegetables were not non-dominant products in the market, but exhibited upward tendency Among eco-agricultural vegetables, the sorts of fruit-vegetables were the largest. While the majority of middle-aged and young people preferred to choose these products. Other factors such as education level and economical income also influ- enced people＇s attitude towards ecological products. The influencing factors in Liaocheng City were price, sale information, quality, credit standing and production scale and so on. [Suggestion]To stimulate the economic development and eco-agri- cultural market demand in underdeveloped areas, the policy guidance and industrial management should be done, especially for leading firms and technical training. In addition, building a brand of eco-agricuhural product is also essential.
