新型二维镉配位聚合物{[Cd(mbix)_2Cl_2]_n}的合成及其晶体结构

摘要 以CdCl2和1,3-二(N-咪唑基甲基)苯(mbix)为原料,用挥发法合成了新型二维镉配位聚合物——[Cd(mbix)2Cl2]n(1),其结构经IR,XRD和元素分析表征。1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=7.878 4(18),b=8.856(2),c=11.088(3),α=106.662(3)°,β=91.046(3)°,γ=107.393(3)°,V=702.7(3)3,Z=1,Dc=1.559 g.cm-3,μ=1.001 mm-1,F(000)=334,R1=0.023 9,ωR2=0.052 5。1中Cd(Ⅱ)与四个mbix配体的四个氮原子及两个氯原子配位,形成一个畸变八面体构型。Cd(Ⅱ)与两个mbix配体桥联形成一维链,链与链之间又通过π-π相互作用形成二维层状结构。 A novel two dimensional Cd ( Ⅱ ) complex, [ Cd (mbix) 2 Cl2 ] n ( 1 ), was synthesized by volatile method from cadmium chloride and 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl) benzene(mbix). The structure was characterized by IR, XRD and elemental analysis. 1 belongs to tficlinic, space group P-1 with a = 7. 878 4(18) A, b=8.856(2) A, c=11.088(3) A, a=106.662(3)°, fl= 91.046(3)°, γ=107.393(3)°, V=702.7(3) A^3, Z=1, Dc=1.559 g · cm^-3, μ=1.001 -1 F(000) 334 R1 =0.023 9 ,ωR2 =0.052 5. The Cd atom is six-coordinated with slightly , distorted octahedral coordination geometry by four N atoms from four mbix ligands and two Cl atoms. The Cd ( Ⅱ ) is bridged by two mbix ligands into a one-dimensional chain, which is further linked into network by π -π interaction.
