通过文献资料法,阐述了领导的相关概念,探究了在集体项目中优秀运动员有效领导力的构成因素,分析了集体运动项目中优秀运动员有效领导力的塑造与提升及其对运动队的影响。
The paper expounds the related concepts of leadership and explores the components of effective leadership of the elite athletes in the collective events. Besides that, it analyzes the shape and promotion of effective leadership of elite athletes in team sports and its impact on sports teams.
