散打腿法技术的防守运用研究

Research of Application of Free Combat Kicks Technical Defense

通过文献综述、录像观察和专家访谈法,统计与分析2012年全国武术散打锦标赛四强选手比赛中的腿法技术防守。研究表明:非接触性防守和组合防守较接触性防守和单一防守成功率较高;腿法的防守中格挡和防守反击使用较多且成功率高;接腿摔有待进一步加强。

Statistical analysis kick technology defense in the National Men^s Wushu Championships in 2011 by using the methods of literature review, video-tape observation and expert interview. The research shows that non-contact defense and combination defense have higher success rate than contact defense and single defense, block and defense against are used more than other ways and have high success rate in the kicks defense, and the leg fell should be strengthened.
