摘要
对半固态ZL101合金坯料进行等温压缩实验,研究变形温度、应变速率对半固态ZL101合金流动应力的影响。结果表明,半固态ZL101合金的流动应力随着变形温度的升高而降低,随着应变速率的增大而增大。DOE实验表明,应变速率对材料的流动应力影响较大。采用遗传算法对半固态等温压缩实验数据进行拟合,得到ZL101合金的本构关系,并将其导入到有限元程序中进行计算,模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。
The isothermal compression experiment was applied on the semi-solid ZL101 alloy. The results show that the flow stress decreases with the increase of the temperature and the decrease of the strain rate. The orthogonal experiment analysis has shown that the strain rate has a great influence to the flow stress of the semi-solid ZL101 alloy. The constitutive equation was es- tablished with the help of the genetic algorithm (GA). The finite element simulation results have shown the agreement with the experiment results.
