摘要
在650℃、700℃和750℃温度条件下进行Ti-6Al-4V钛合金成形极限试验,建立其热态成形极限,在此基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行数值模拟,对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金热态成形的破裂缺陷进行预测,并通过试验对其结果进行验证。研究结果显示,随着温度的升高,Ti-6Al-4V钛合金的热成形极限增加,有限元分析结果与试验结果相吻合,表明该文所建立的韧性断裂预测模型具有工程参考价值。
In this study, the forming limit diagram (FLD) tests were carried out at 650℃, 700C and 750℃, respectively. Ac cording to this FLD, a process of deep drawing was simulated by ABAQUS software to predict the defect of failure. The experi ments were carried out to validate the FEM prediction. The results show that the forming limit curve (FLC) of Ti-6A1-4V devel oped with the temperature increasing, and the failure prediction model was useful to hot forming.
