炼铁厂应对炉料贫化的措施:加强原燃料质量监控,坚持精料与稳定的方针;加强生产组织管理;调整高炉操作管理等。在w(TFe)只有55.6%的情况下,高炉利用系数达到2.637t/m3·d,综合焦比达到522kg/t。
The countermeasures to deal strengthen quality motoring for raw and fuel with the depleted burden in Ironmaking Plant, such as to material, adhere to the principle of beneficiated burden and stability; strengthen production management; adjust blast furnace operation management and so on were introduced. Under the conditions that w （TFe） was 55.6%, the furnace productivity could be 2.637 t/m3· d, fuel consumption could be 522 kg/t
