摘要
本次试验采用5754铝合金坯料生产0.8mm厚,H24状态板材,通过锁定材料化学成分,对不同退火温度下的组织、性能等试验指标进行分析,确定成品退火制度,并实现批量工业化生产,生产出质量好的5754H24铝合金板材,且满足用户的使用要求。
This test uses 5?54 aluminum alloy slab to produce 0.8mm thick H24 sheet. Through detecting chemical composition of the material, the different annealing temperatures structure and performance test index have been analyzed. It determines the final annealing system and realizes mass industrial production to produce good quality 5754H24 aluminum alloy plate and meet the needs of the user.
