摘要
某四缸增压汽油机,在试验过程中出现前端正时链系跳齿、链条断裂及导轨磨损严重等问题。本文通过对该发动机正时链系导轨型线进行优化和增加张紧器预紧力来削弱链条的横向振动和链条对导轨的正压力,从而遏制链系运转时跳齿和降低导轨的磨损程度。
The tooth skip, chain crack and guide-rail abrasion relating to a front-end timing chain train occur in the test with regard to a specific four-cylinder supercharged gasoline engine. By optimizing the guide-rail profile of timing chain train of this engine and increasing tensioner preload, the lateral chain vibration and positive pressure of chain against guild rail are mitigated, thereby limiting tooth skip in the chain-train operation and reducing guide-rail abrasion.
