摘要
基于膜片弹簧的的结构特点,阐述了轿车离合器膜片弹簧的弹性性能及其影响因素,分析了载荷与变形之间的曲线特征。以轿车轿车离合器使用过程中摩擦片正常磨损的范围内,弹簧的压紧力变化量最小为优化目标,选取膜片弹簧结构中独立而又对弹性性能影响较大的参数为设计变量并加以约束,构造罚函数求得最优解。实例验证计算表明,该优化设计合理可行。
Based on the structure characteristics of the diaphragm spring, the paper expatiates the car clutch diaphragm spring elastic properties and its influencing factors, analyzes the load and deformation characteristics of the curve between. In cars car clutch in the using process of friction plate normal wear, within the scope of the spring compression force change the optimization target of minimizing the select diaphragm spring structure independent and elastic properties of influencing parameters for design variables and constraints, structure penalty fimction to get the optimal solution. Example calculation shows that the optimization design is rational and feasible
