车门是车身中很重要的部件,在组成车门的零件中,车门钣金又起着举足轻重的作用,钣金的结构形式纷繁复杂,本文先介绍了三种车门上框结构,又针对一种基于常见上框结构的改良结构,从车门性能、制造工艺以及成本等方面进行了对比分析,得出改良结构的优缺点,并对于其带来的缺陷给出改进方案。
