摘要
对聚苯乙烯泡沫材料进行了试验研究,结合试验结果对缓冲泡沫进行模态分析并生成了柔性体文件。在ADAMS中创建了基于柔性包装的整车运输刚柔耦合模型,并对B级路面激励下的货物与车辆的振动响应进行了分析。
Cushioning packaging; Rigid-flexible coupling; Transport of goods; Simulation Experiment was carried out on the polystyrene foam material, the modal analysis of the material and the building of the MNF file were based on the experimental results. A transport vehicle rigid-flexible coupling model based on flexible packaging was built up with ADAMS, Based on road surface roughness,the Vibration of the goods and the vehicle response were analyzed.
