On the 2011 Version of Compulsory Chinese Education Curriculum Standard from an International Perspective

2011年版《义务教育语文课程标准》,在课程定位上体现国际母语课程改革发展趋势,突出语文学科本质属性;在文化取向上强化在母语教育中坚持民族立场与国际视野相结合的理念和价值追求;在内容结构上体现当代国际课程标准"内容说"与"能力说"并举的发展态势。但也有缺憾,如有的"内容本标准"不够具体明确,有些"成就标准"可操作性不强等。

The 2011 version of the Compulsory Chinese Education Curriculum Standard embodies the development trend of the International Chinese curriculum reform and highlights the essential attributes of the subject of Chinese. In terms of cul- tural orientation, it combines nationalism and international vision, concerning varied culture, no matter traditional or realis- tic, Chinese or foreign. In terms of content structure, it reflects the modern development of international curriculum stan- dard. But it also has drawbacks, such as ambiguous standards of content and unfeasible standards of achievement.
