摘要
高校辅导员参与思想政治理论课教学"人本·互动"管理模式的提出有其丰富的理论依据,其内涵包括以人本为核心与目的、以互动为关键与动力的概念。它具有独特性与强烈的人本色彩、规范性与突出的主体性、可操作性与鲜明的互动特色等特点,及具有有效组织、规范管理,优化供给、强化目标的效能。实施"人本·互动"管理模式时,可从设立机构,专门管理;择优选拔,精细培训;赋予资格,明确职责;交流沟通,资源共享等方面着手,以切实取得教学与育人两方面的成效。
There are many theoretic sources for "humanistic and interactive" management model of instruc- tors participating the course of ideological and political theory. Its connation is the definition that humanity is the core and goal while interaction is the key and power. And its features include unique and strong humanity, stan- dard and protruding main part, and operational and distinctive interaction. Effective organizing, standardized managing, optimized providing and strengthening objective are its efficacies. To establish the model, organiza- tion founding, selecting and training, enduing qualification, clearing responsibility, and resources sharing should be performed, obtaining effect for both teaching and education.
