摘要
《清稗类钞》是清代逸闻轶事的资料汇编,而《清稗类钞·饮食类》则是对清代饮食资料的专门汇编。与各种类书相比,其中包含的饮食资料不仅数量多而且比较集中。就其内容上看,地域全、阶层全、种类全的特征,以及在饮食思想上实践与理论的统一、传统与外来的统一、个性与共性的统一,共同诠释了《清稗类钞·饮食类》对研究清代饮食生活的特殊价值。
"Qing Bai Lei Chao" represents a collection of the anecdotes, while "Qing Bai Lei Chao Foods" an exclusive collection of dietary data in the Qing dynasty. Compared with the reference books with materials tak- en from various sources, "Qing Bai Lei Chao Foods" includes large amounts of concentrated dietary data, which is characterized by completeness in regions, strata, and categories in contents. The theory-practice unity, tradition-exotics unity and individuality-commonality unity interpret the special value of "Qing Bai Lei Chao Foods" in the studies of the catering life in the Qing dynasty.
