Practice and Studies on Improvement of Employment Ability of the Students from Poor Families

贫困大学生在就业竞争中由于家庭经济困难和综合能力欠缺的双重影响而处于弱势,且有边缘化趋势,加上高校人才培养目标与市场需求的脱节、学校就业指导与服务机制的缺位及自身综合素质的相对偏低等因素,严重影响了贫困大学生就业能力的提升。通过构建提升学生就业能力的基础平台,加强贫困学生心理健康教育,建立校企合作模式下提升贫困生就业能力的有效机制,以提升贫困大学生的就业能力。

The financially difficult families and lack of comprehensive ability make the students from poor families in a position of disadvantage and being marginalized during the employment competition.The divorce between talents training objective and market demand,the absence of the mechanism for employment instruction and services in colleges,along with relatively low comprehensive ability greatly affect their employment ability.Accordingly,we should strive to construct the basic platform for improving students’ employment ability,strengthen their psychological health education,and develop effective mechanism for improving their employment ability with the view to improving their employment ability.
