广西大学生创业融资现状及发展对策研究

Studies on Status of College Students’Entrepreneurial Financing in Guangxi and Development Strategies

在就业困难和社会创新需求的大背景下,大学生创业活动悄然兴起,却面临融资难的窘境。由于资产不足、风险相对较高导致银行不愿意放贷,加上风险投资市场不发达,外部融资相当困难,自主筹资成为广西大学生创业企业的主要资金来源,这就制约了大学生创业活动和创业企业的发展。应发挥政府的主导作用,通过创立高校创业扶助基金、成立广西大学生创业基金和探索建立创业担保贷款制度等来为处于不同生命周期阶段的企业提供融资支持。

Under the general background of the college students’employment difficulties,an entrepreneurial campaign silently springing up among college students is confronted with financing problems.Investigations show that asset shortages and relatively high risk give rise to the banks’unwillingness to make loans,and that underdeveloped venture investment market and external financing difficulties make autonomous financing a major capital source for college students’entrepreneurship.As a result,college students are constrained in their entrepreneurial campaign and development.Therefore,efforts should be made to bring the governments’leading role into full play,establish entrepreneurial aid foundations and entrepreneurial foundations as well as loan security systems for college students in Guangxi with the view to providing financing support to enterprises in different stages of life cycle.
