从企业需求探讨高职文秘教育改革

A Probe into Secretarial Educational Reform Based on Corporate Need in Vocational Colleges

企业是高职文秘专业毕业生的主要就业方向,高职文秘教育改革应以企业需求为方向标。现代企业对秘书工作逐渐要求职业化,且需要复合型的秘书人才。当前的高职院校因为师资力量不足、课程设置不科学和实践教学落后等原因,难以培养出符合市场需要的秘书人才。高职文秘教育应在调整人才培养目标、加强教师队伍建设、优化课程设置、改进实践技能训练的同时,重视情商教育,培养符合企业需求的复合型秘书人才。

Secretarial educational reform in Vocational colleges should be oriented towards corporate need as the graduates from secretarial education program primarily aim their employment at the enterprises.Some problems arise in vocational colleges,such as shortage of teachers,unscientific course offering and underdeveloped practi cal teaching,etc.,which makes it difficult to develop secretarial talents in line of market demand.Accordingly,efforts should be made to adjust talents training objective,strengthen teaching team construction,optimize cur riculum provision,improve practical skill training,stress on EQ education,and eventually develop compound secretarial talents in line of market demand.
