摘要
根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》的要求,职前教师教育应着力加强教育实践能力的培养。中小学职前英语教师的教育实践能力应包括情境认知能力、交流管理能力、课堂教学能力和教学反思能力等四个要素;其培养应依靠高校和中小学教师的合作指导,并贯穿本科学习整个阶段;全程分三个阶段进行,各阶段侧重不同,但是各项能力的提升相互作用,循环往复,形成螺旋式上升的培养模式。
According to China's National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Devel- opment(2010-2020), cultivation of preservice teachers' educational practice ability should be emphasized and enhanced in preservice teacher education. The ability of preservice English teachers for middle and ele- mentary schools includes teachers' cognitive ability of educational situation,classroom management ability, teaching ability, and teaching reflective ability. Cultivation of those abilities should be carried out throughout whole process of their un elementary school teachers. It versity can be of which, though trained at different development model. education with cooperation between university teachers and middle and done by three steps with different emphasis on each of the abilities, all stages,influence and promote each other, and are promoted in a spiral development model.
