摘要
民办养老机构是改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济背景下、人口老龄化趋势不断加剧的情况下出现的,时间虽短,但发展迅速。对民办养老机构发展历程、主要特点、发展困境和成因以及应对策略的探讨有利于推动我国养老事业的进一步发展。
Private pension institutions spring up as a result of the reform and opening up,the develop- ment of socialist market economy, and the tendency of aging population. Although they show up very re- cently, they enjoy rapid development. This paper mainly talks about its development history, main features, development plights, cause analysis and coping strategy, which is beneficial to the further development of the old-aging undertaking in China.
