《百川学海》是我国历史上第一部大型的、综合性丛书,它的诞生标志着我国古代丛书编撰体例的成熟,对后来丛书的编撰产生了深远的影响,是名副其实的丛书之祖,在我国丛书编撰史上占有重要的地位。此外,《百川学海》还具有重要的文献价值和版本学意义。
The Book 〈 All Schools 〉 is the first work of large comprehensive series in our country＇s history. Its birth marks the mature of the compile style of our country, which gives profound influence on the following compile works, thus it is the father of series books worthy of the name and has an important place in our country＇s series books compiling history. In addition, this book still has important literature value and version meaning.
