摘要
显性德育与隐性德育内涵区别是德育目标传递方式不同。二者主客体关系区别是:显性德育的德育主体"可视",德育客体是被动"接收";隐性德育的德育主体"隐形",德育客体是主动"接受"。二者功能区别是显性德育侧重强化德育社会性功能,隐性德育侧重增强德育个体性功能。显性德育的优点是快速、广泛,实施周期短,易于操作;局限性是"灌输"色彩浓厚,效果难持久。隐性德育的优点是避免硬性"灌输",效果持久性强;局限性是难实施系统性的德育教育,实施周期长,操作难度大。
