摘要
本文简述了情感管理的内涵、特点、重要性及图书馆管理存在的情感因素。文中分析了管理者要尊重、了解和关心馆员,建立公平、公正的制度,实施正确的激励制度,构建良好的人际沟通和融洽的工作环境,从而激发馆员的工作积极性,使图书馆的管理工作更加顺利地开展,因此说情感管理是馆员的高层次需求,管理者应重视情感管理在工作中的应用。
In this paper the connotation,characteristics and the importance of emotion management in library and the emotional factors were analyzed.The managers should respect,understand and care for librarians and by the establishment of a fair and just system,the right incentive system was implemented.By constructing the good interpersonal communication and harmonious working environment,the librarians’ working enthusiasm was thus stimulated for making the library of management work more smoothly to be carried out.The emotional management was librarians’ high-level demand,and managers should pay more attention to emotional management application.
