高校图书馆流通部是图书馆的重要部门,是展示图书馆服务水平的重要窗口。但在目前的图书馆流通管理工作中,还存在诸多问题以及管理工作中存在的矛盾,为了更好的实现图书馆的服务于读者的长远意义,要深入研究管理工作中出现的问题并实现问题的良好解决。

The department of circulation is an important one in college library as the window to display a library’s service quality.There are some problems and conflicts in the management of the library circulation service.In order to provide better service,it is necessary for us to carry out close research on its management and corresponding solutions to the problems was proposed.
