甘肃农业信息资源平台建设与共享服务现状调查

Study on the Status of the Platform and Shared Services of Agricultural Information Resources in Gansu Province

通过对甘肃省部分市县农业信息资源平台建设与共享服务现状的调查和分析,尽管广大农户对农业信息有着迫切的需求,但因受自身文化程度的限制,获取信息的渠道仍然以农技推广、农业书刊和农户间的经验交流等传统方式为主。由于人才匮乏和经费短缺,不仅农业信息资源平台的建设水平偏低,而且共享服务难以发挥应有作用。今后应进一步增加经费投入,在加大对农户培训力度的同时,还要提高农业资源平台建设水平和完善共享服务体系。

The status of the platform and shared services of agricultural information resources was investigated in some eastern rural areas of Gansu province.Analysis showed that the agricultural information was urgently needed by the broad farmer,while for their lower education degree,they got the information straight from the traditional forms including mainly the agriculture technology extension,the books and periodicals and sharing their experiences and so on.Not only the platform level of agricultural information resources was lower for the shortage of personnel and the lack of funds,but also the system of shared services had not play an important role.Therefore,the intensity of farmer training and the financial input would be increased for the future.At same time,the platform construction level and the shared services systems of agricultural information resources must be raised and improved.
