With the information development,the development and use of the computer resulted in the popularization of computer basic teaching for computer and non-computer major students in colleges and universities so that students could follow the pace of social change,technology development,and be better integrated into the modern society in promoting the progress and development of social informatization,science and technology.The research and practice on the basic computer teaching reform of non computer major showed significant effects on promoting teaching reform.
